Cancelation Policy

ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 50% Booking fee will and at THE TIME OF BOOKING EVENT TO SECURE DATE/TIME! BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED IF DEPOSIT ISN'T MADE WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING EVENT. BALANCE IS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT. I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. I will offer you a one time credit you may use towards a future date. The credit has to be used in the next 30 days of the original cancel booking date NO HOLIDAYS. Please understand that you are holding a spot so reservation for this event are non-refundable but can be used at a later date. Due to inclement weather, if the weather is questionable i will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options, you will be given the option to cancel prior to delivery. If you THE CUSTOMER AGREES to have us to come out and we are unable to set up due to the weather conditions. You will still be charged for your rental after the setup is delivered and setup. THERE WILL BE NO RAIN CHECKS OR RESCHEDULING. FOOD ALLERGY....Please REFRAIN from Ordering any CupCakes If YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES! All Picnics packages have a two hour event time. YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL PICNIC ITEMS UNTIL SOMEONE ARRIVES BACK FOR BREAKDOWN/PICKUP.
